We had flooding during the once-in-500 (maybe 1000!) year storms in Milwaukee, and ERS was truly a lifesaver. From the very first call, they stood out from the rest. Most companies had us on a 2+ week waitlist, but Levi took the time to really listen to our situation. He realized he had a crew only 3 miles away and worked us into the schedule immediately rather than adding us to yet another waitlist. With a waitlist a mile high after the Flash Flood in Milwaukee Levi and his Janel have been so helpful renting us equipment to help fix our home after it got completely flooded. They walked us through the steps on how to use the industrial equipment and have kept in contact with me as needed to answer my questions. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the help they have given us and new skills they taught us to fix our home has been priceless. The equipment has made a huge difference during this devastating time.
