Dr. Hilvers is a good doctor, because he's a good person. That is reflected in his staff, and his commitment to patient care. He's one of the good ones. Highly recommend.
My entire family has been going there for years and love it in the past. Over the past year or so it has been less then great. Expect to wait months to see you physcian. We are now looking for another provider sadly. It was a great concept, I guess they couldnt keep up with the growth.
Every time I go to ERHC I have good experience. The staff are very professional and very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Every time I call for anything they always do the best they can to help getting me answers or appointments. The medical staff seems to really care about the people they see and they take the time to listen to you. At least for me not a single time I went there and I didn’t see that. The staff treats you like they truly care. Doesn't matter if you are on a small department or big. I appreciate how professional and friendly they are.
The staff is wonderful and takes time to build relationships with their patients. Our enitre family uses EHR as our primary "go-to" for any medical need.
