We are so absolutely happy with Chad and his workers in the job that they have done for us! I cannot even say thank you enough times. The hard work and the beautiful job that they did, we are beyond happy! We highly recommend ERS for any repairs or remodel jobs you are wanting to do. I got the run around from other contractors that said they would show up, and they never did.... not Chad he was there when he said he would be! THANK YOU AGAIN ☺️
This review is long overdue. Chad was amazing. We had a water pipe break In our home and it ran for several days before someone could check on the house. Emergancy Remediation Services was there the second we needed them! They worked with us from remediation thru repair. Chad provided open communication and explained the process along the way. He made himself available any time I called and had questions. Hopefully I don’t have to use them In the future but if I do I will be happy to support such a great company.
Can't thank Chad and his team enough! Not a pleasant experience to come home to find water in your basement...Chad was at my house the next morning less than 12 hours after my initial call and the work was started. The completed project looks better than it did before the damage!!! Fast, professional and super nice. Great communication!
