Used them twice with good service and on time. BUT... on 3/31/26 they became flaky. A no show when they told me they'd be here between 10 -2 pm. Would not answer their phones would not answer test messages. Because that encounter, I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. A company is only as good as their word. Tom's word means NOTHING anymore. I called another plumber the same day, and they arrived within 1/2 hour and did the same job at half the price Tom quoted me. Brian.

Tom did an excellent job installing my water heater. He was very affordable, worked quickly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. The installation was done fast and professionally, and he also provided a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. I really appreciate the honest pricing, great communication, and quality work. I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!
Tom is a Saint! I awoke to a "pop" followed by the sound of water spray. The water valve at the base of the toilet flew off and water was everywhere!I tried putting it back on but coud not. After grabbing a pool noodle, I managed to divert the water into the tub while I looked to shut off the water. Well, I could not get the water off and the bathroom was filling up.
