We had a pipe in our bathroom burst and thankfully caught it before too much damage was done. I called as soon as we noticed it (around 1 pm). The lady I spoke to was wonderful and told me that they were incredibly busy due to the amount of issues caused by pipes freezing in the area and that someone should be out to us in a few hours (specifically between 4:30-5:30).
