The care I received was top of the line care
I would give this place 5 stars but I get a message saying “welcome to your care team” that shows an MD which I never receive except for my first visit. I get the same guy every time which is not the care team shown. I find this odd.
I was taken to Wesley ER on Hillside via ambulance August 12, 2025 I arrived between 1 & 2am with breathing difficulties I was in a emergency department room for approximately 12 hours being "monitored" when I no longer needed to be monitored but also no discharged I was told I was being parked in the hall because a critical patient needed my room after about 10 minutes the critical patient was standing in the doorway "politely " requesting a tall glass of milk and being told by a nurse to return to the bed and "sober" up gi... read more
My wife had a visit to the emergency room. We are not from the area. My wife is an emergency room nurse and she was very impressed with her care. She was checked in right away. Taken directly to a room. Was greeted by her ER nurse (EAD) initials and a nursing student. They did an amazing job. Got in the IV right away. Treated with pain meds. They was all great. I appreciate all they did for my wife.
