My visit with Swedish Hospital, for the second time in two years was a serious disappointment. The people were very cordial, however I got no diagnostic information other than general oral reports, no conclusive feedback, and multiple significant delays without any reasonable explanation. I had a team waiting near the emergency entrance when I arrived by ambulance. Instantly, I felt a sign of relief. Emergency room staff acted quickly to stabilize me. I am beyond thankful for all those who cares for me that night. Even in the midst of crisis they were all friendly, genuine and seemed to care about me as a person. Vera
I think this was the best Ive ever felt after a hospital visit. I was there for a week on the level6vacute ward and the team that took care of me was fantastic. Very professional and genuine people. I wish I could remember all the folks that helped, but Maribel, Kevin, Sam, Heaven, eric and my pulmonary team really stood out making a tough experience into a positive one.
Good people. No nonsense front desk. Treatment area was clean, and accommodating. Dr listened attentively regarding reason for visit. He was well versed with options, advice. Staff was focused, and professional. They seemed to do well with all of the challenges they faced that evening.
