broke my wrist and ended up at the Ocoee Orlando Health, treated by ER Physicians of Central Florida. First, they only x-rayed my wrist, and I jammed my shoulder in the same fall. Then, my insurance paid them and they sent my bill to a collection service! I'm seeing this is usual for them. I really hope if I need an ER again, I'm near a hospital NOT in the Orlando Health system. This physician group is awful.
INSURANCE FRAUD! They double billed my insurance over a year ago, of course the second bill for the exact same amount for the same visit was denied. They sent me an illegitimate bill, I called and explained, they asked me to email them the insurance claim that was paid. I did that, and a month later these scumbags sent my bill to a collections agency now trying to collect the money. Total crooks!
