UPDAT: Now they have sent my bill to collection. I NEVER could get it paid because they couldnt seem to put my correct birthday in. I would get locked out everytime. They also still have me as the guarantor of my son. Which is incorrect. Im glade Im not their boss, I'd fire them for being stupid. They have made their mistake my problem. They only get a 1 because there isn't a zero star......... I get a call from collections just like all others in these reviews. There was never a bill. I was contacted by collections for $30. I would have easily paid a $30 bill and moved on, but now they sent it to collections saying they sent me several copies and called me. I answer my phone and I don't ignore my debts.
