A few years ago, my dog Koira went into anaphylactic shock—it was the scariest moment of my life. I rushed her to this hospital, and they saved her life. The team acted quickly, knew exactly what to do, and treated Koira (and me!) with so much care and compassion. Fast forward to today—Koira is happy, healthy, and thriving, and not a day goes by that I’m not grateful for the amazing staff who were there for us in that emergency. Dr. Chiang and his staff were absolutely amazing during our intake and hospitalization of 2 cats, one of which was caught chewing on a toxic plant. They communicated clear next steps during our panic, helped us with several comprehensive quotes and treatment plan, and provided nightly updates. I am so lucky to have their caring staff and high tech equipment on site for analysis.
I was referred here for emergency surgery for my cat by his regular veterinarian for a suspected linear obstruction. The surgery was successful and I was able to visit him multiple times before he was released 3 days later. Overall the staff was wonderful and deeply care for the animals here. - The doctors and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The surgeon went over the procedure and all possible outcomes and placed follow up calls afterwards. The two times I went to visit post-surgery the techs who set up the visit time... read more
