Horrible experience, they have no empathy or care for our cat who sadly passed. This emergency clinic was our only option because VCA Oso creek animal doctor was in surgery (which is the best emergency hospital) and my cat was just not going to last any longer to wait for the doctor. I’m so disappointed with the service they gave us and they didn’t even seem welcoming. Absolutely abysmal service. We waited in the car for 3 hours before they came out to get our cat. I felt so horrible taking my cat to this strip mall clinic sandwiched between a ham restaurant and a past-its-prime Cici's pizza. Next time I'm taking my cat and going straight to the Oso clinic. They didn't even let us inside, they kept him in there for 4 hours doing God knows what until the doctor finally took one look at him and charge us $1300 for a simple dehydration.
