Highly disappointed and concerned about this specific location. Treatment was dismissive and don’t know what her title is but she definitely did not want to interact with me to the point that she called someone back that came in after me to place them into a room then waited 15 mins and had a triage nurse call me to the back just to be placed in a chair in the hallway along with others like myself. Really awesome staff! I came in with some bad side/back pain (kidney stones, they suspected) and they had to do blood work and an IV (they took blood from my IV, which made my panic worse). I am petrified of needles to the point where I faint and start dry heaving. The nurses were fantastic at helping me! After the needle was in and blood drawn, they gave me some Zofran stat for the nausea and monitored my heart rate, and were sweet to me. They even covered my hand that had the IV in it with a cloth because even though the I... read more
Worst emergency room i have ever used in my life. Go here if you want to wait 5 hours and not even be given a room after showing signs of a heart attack while having loeys dietz and an enlarged aorta sat in the hallway by herself as nurses walked by. No communication and after waiting 5 hours girlfriend was told her chest neck and arm pain and shortness of breath was due to stress. gave her a tablet of tylenol and kicked her out. Go out in the woods and rub some mud on your wounds before you go here.
Save yourself and don’t go here. Tonight my 15-year-old son was actively bleeding Setting in blood And was bluntly ignored for two hours. The staff did not even look at his wound or to see where the blood was coming from instead they told me he was fine because he was conscious. The charge nurse finally looked at it two hours later with no gloves on And said I think he needs stitches. The doctor finally came in and confirmed he needed stitches to stop the bleeding and said she could get around to it after she catches up on p... read more
Horrible experience. HIPAA violations and listening to disgruntled employees talking about employees for 3 hours was cringe worthy. Savannah...run for you life!
