I would like to thank the entire staff from the Emergency Department, from the security at the door to all the Tech Nurses, the RN and the Doctor that saw me all were professional. The only reason I had to go here is I could not get into see my doctor until a later date. To ease my mind I went to the emergency room considering the conditions I was having warranted that I see a professional in this matter. This is the worst emergency room ever. Their “machines” are always “broken” and patients have to wait 6+ hours for a simple CBC to come back. And forget about them following HIPAA. They violate HIPAA in every corner of the ED. This place needs to be reported and I’m afraid that I will have to do that. Don’t waste your time here.

Came here instead of the other place I go to and night and day. From the front desk to the doctor great experience. But my nurse Fiona was super awesome/ polite and professional. Even though it's a longer drive this might be my new hosp

I paid my bill for an ER visit. Then a month later I received another bill for the same visit. I can't even talk to a human to resolve the issue. The billing department told me to call the hospital and the hospital redirected my call to the same billing department.
