I am going to continue to write these and contact whoever must be contacted because these specific chain of hospitals have a medical racism problem so latge that I have never experienced at any other chain of hospitals. This hospital is the one that sent me home with a double pulmonary embolism due to the doctor refusing any real test after accusing me of drug seeking during the COVID epidemic and they have not improved since. I went to this E.R. Sunday 2-1-26. I felt horrible, a c.o.p.d. flair. My nurse Kim, she was so polite, so thorough, and best of all I didn't get even feel the I.V. She was also funny. Then I met Paul. He was called a tech,also polite, funny, pleasant, explained the treatments, checked on me often, an awesome fella. Now for Dr. Hussain, swear he looks 12, when I questioned him he laughed and showed he his grey hairs. He ordered labs, X-rays, COVID and flu tests. Ridiculous experience. The positive is the majority of the staff was very kind and caring, especially Anthony who checked us in, our triage nurse and the nurse who discharged us. All very kind. Went in for a possible for my son’s broken great toe, who happened to already have a foot fracture on the same foot the day before. He was in a lot pain and couldn’t weight-bear even in his walking boot. Best ER experience to this day. All staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. I’ve waited maybe 15 minutes before I was taken to the room. I was seen by Dr. Sam who was just excellent! After all the tests like ultrasounds, CT scan and etc, I was treated right away and feeling much better today (was at the ER yesterday). Thank you to all the medical staff at this facility for all that you do!
