Little over a year ago I can in w a boo boo on wrist. Turns out to be broken. And staff were awesome, cause I was miserable. Should have written a review then, sorry.

The breath tech working the ER on 6/19, I believe his name was Robert or something, he should not be doing any ER or bedside manner tasks. Leave him to breath tech work only. His attitude and bedside manner is abhorrent. One out of many occasions his bedside manner was horrible to me. He even went as far as to laugh and smirk at me. He should be fired honestly
Huge shout out to DR SIMS at Lee's Hill ER! I was dealing with a badly infected cyst that had grown and festered, none of my doctors could get me in and my procedure for it was several weeks away. NO WAY could it wait. I took off for the closest ER and saw Dr. Sims. He took one look and said that has to come out. He sent me for sonogram and before the results were even ready he already spoke to a surgeon and had me schedule within the hour! So happy he went above and beyond to help me yesterday! This was my first time using this emergency room and it was the best experience an emergency room can be. The staff from the security person to the admissions to the health professionals were all so very friendly and compassionate. I hope I never have to come back again, but if I do, I'm glad this option is here for me.
