I went to the Poughkeepsie location and saw Julissa. She was so kind and compassionate! She took my symptoms seriously and gave me a plan to help my diagnoses clear up! The medical assistant was also so kind!
I had a very positive experience here. I was able to schedule an appointment online instead of walking in and waiting to be seen. The woman at reception was pleasant and helpful. Johanna took my vitals and was very easy to talk to and efficient. Dr. Thomas was a breath of fresh air! He was extremely professional, helpful and very thorough. Super clean establishment, friendly and courteous receptionist and very professional, informative and knowledgeable doctor took all the time I needed to get my questions and concerns answered.
Emergency One is there when you need a doctors care. My own dr office hasnt called me back! I called them 3 times yesterday asking to be seen. Dr Thomas and the staff at Emergency One has answered the call providing excellent care.
Teach your so called “Nurses” that there are different sized blood pressure cuffs. That’s the first thing they teach you in school. Definitely don’t go here unless you want botched medical information….. yikes.
