Had a scheduled appt for 10:16am that I fully registered for so all I had to do was walk in and pay my copay. Waited over an hour to be seen. What is the point of making an appt?
Dr. Thomas Sanni is awesome, the best Doctor at Emergency One Urgent Care, will treat you with kindness, respect and compassion, very knowledgeable and caring, highly recommend.
I have endometriosis and it is difficult to find doctors who 1. Know about it and 2. Believe me about my pain. The staff here was compassionate, understanding and kind. 5 stars!
The staff from the front desk to the doctor were all incredibly kind and caring. I have VA insurance and was seen under the Mission Act, and they made it a seamless process. I can’t recommend them enough!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the environment! The medical staff was outstanding and thorough especially the medical assistant!
