A complete and total fraud. Claimed there was mold behind the pictures and radon four times the allowable amount in a 7th floor condo. Contacted the Department of Public health and they admitted it was nearly impossible to have that occur. Just a flat out liar but for $7,000 he "could fix all of it for us"
