Do not receive care from DR Justin Beyer! I'm sure he's a great doctor, but I would not know. I did however receive a bill for his services. The billing situation is a nightmare. Went to ER for a broken leg over a year ago. Not a professional company as the name mentions. Failed to send me a bill for my hospital visit over a year ago. Was surprised to get a phone call from a collection agency attempting to extort $56 from me the other day. Well, if this company made an effort to send me a bill it would have been paid. Looking at all of the other reviews, this seems to be a trend with this company. Terrible and should not be in business if they handle billing this way.
The worst to deal with - keep getting debt collection agencies chasing me for $59.20 - seriously? This was paid. Then the debt keeps getting sold to another agency so once I resolve one, then it is turned to another. I am not going to keep paying it. No one at EMP has taken care of this. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! Whatever you do, stay away from this group.!!!
What a nightmare dealing with this group. They were paid for a bill from 2023 by the insurance company yet they still keep sending bills and threatening collection. Their customer service agents are the absolute worst.
