I used to love this hospital… since it was taken over by Einstein it has declined quite a bit. I got to the hospital at 1am n the waiting room was rather full. It’s currently 5:30am and I am the only one still in the waiting room but people came in after me and were serviced before me for one reason or another. They say they need beds but I literally can see from the door in the waiting room that there are 3 beds empty and were remade by the cleaning person. Still I sit here in pain waiting to be seen. It's very dirty, no one uses hand sanitizer. The ER from the waiting area to the rooms and the bathrooms are filthy, . The cleaning crews are never seen, The staffs are good, but the beds, the floor OMg!
