Horrible and unprofessional billing customer service. They do not get back to you after saying they would and I've made multiple attempts to communicate with them. It doesn't sound like this call center is in the USA, not sure if they even know how to do the job right. Quick to send your account to collections even while you try to resolve billing issues. Wish I had a choice of doctor groups to pick from when going to PH ER. Billing should be fired! I would not use them if I could but emergencies leave me no choice.
