Made me pay a $50 initial certification fee and an additional $100 "recertification" fee only to tell me that my college-level (EM) courses I completed for CEUs wouldn't be valid...? Then had the audacity to say no refunds 🤯 Absolutely horrible agency to work with, nothing but red tape. Not sure what anyone employed there and being salaried by taxpayers actually does, but it's certainly not helping people. 0/10, would not recommend.
