If you have an actual emergency and expect compassion and front workers who aren’t rude….then don’t come here. I was admitted at another hospital and then transferred here, I had an infection from a cat bite rapidly speading. At the other hospital I was given pain meds and iv antibiotics, here they transferred me from where the ambulance brought me in to the waiting room. I wish I can give no star, I went on 1-18-24, they did not take me seriously at all. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, half my body was numb and still is, my blood pressure keeps spiking randomly. They gave me no answers and treated me like a junky and accused me of being drunk when I literally had proof I wasn't either, I don't drink, I have a fatty liver plus I'm pregnant. Regret it! 6 min wait means 3 hours in pain waiting for results. Another 4 hours waiting for a room. Which is filthy, uncomfortable and nothing like the old days. New equipment doesn't make up for low quality service!
