I was forced to leave St. Johns Broken Arrow with an untreated broken arm and shoulder. There is nothing wrong with my insurance it pays 100% of everything. The PA that seemed to run the department I was in had an openly nasty, frightening attitude. I don't think they were aware I had not been able to keep nourishment down of any kind for 6 days prior to my becoming a patient there. I'm 82 years old women and I would not be walking if it wasn't for the doctors, nurses and therapist at Encompass. The technicians and all of your helpers were wonderful. Thank for your attention to every need, especially during the trying time of my stroke and several medical conditions. My family and I appreciate all that you have done for me. I'm back home living independently.

I have now had outpatient surgery twice at this location and have had nothing but a great experience (as great as it can be when you are having surgery). All of the medical staff were amazing and helped ease my nerves and answered any questions I had.

Dr. Shelby Willis, you are TRASH! I HIGHLY ADVISE IF SOMEONE NEEDS MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, THEY DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! ESPECIALLY YOUR CHILD! Garbage hospital and staff.. We brought our 9yr old son here for a recluse bite. They denied him treatment/antibiotics. They said if it gets infected to bring him back. It was already getting there. I told them he needs antibiotics before it gets worse. The lame Dr. Shelby Willis, said, they cant just be giving out antibiotics to everyone. The bite progressed ... read more
