The first two times going here was amazing and they immediately helped the pain and issue I was having. Unfortunately, that has not been the case the last two times I've been. I've had two appointments now for the same tooth that keeps breaking apart and the dentist kept recommending a graph and implants because it needed to be removed as it has degraded nearly entirely at this point, but as someone on OHP that's disabled and has a part-time job, I just can't afford to do work that's not covered under my insurance. Emergency extraction was extremely pleasant. Love the care received. I found the perfect regular dentist. You're gonna love 'em!
On Friday night, I was flossing and my crown came off. While not a "major emergency", my primary care was unable to do anything for me until Wednesday. I contacted Emergency & General Dental - Beaverton the next morning, and they got me in SAME DAY!! Not only this, but the care they extended me was outstanding. I will be changing providers this week, and hope to move my normal care to this Dental Practice. Thank you so much for your time, fitting me in, and the care you extended me.
I was extremely happy with an emergency extraction performed here. I'm on the spectrum, and was sure I'd need to be put out for the procedure. THE VERY BEST DENTAL APPOINTMENT EVER!!! No joke. Professional and comfortable. I've never even heard of a dentist being referred to as "comfortable." You'll see!
Loi Nguyen will over-claim cavities. Everyone else is mostly fine, expect for when the assistant took and crumbled up the bite indicator pad the moment I looked over to see it. ↓ they will say to make sure I submitted the review about the right office and that they "couldn't find a similar complaint", I did indeed make sure.
