Our home is was struck by lightning on August 30, 2016. The fire was contained to the attic but because of the amount of water used to put out the fire, we lost 80% of the interior of our building and most of our possessions. I work for one of the largest company in Wisconsin with a rating of number ONE, best to the employee and customer satisfaction. I trusted Emergency Fire & Water Restoration,LLC to restore my home after a fire. I was told they will use material close to what I had and I could pick my own material. They used the cheapest material and I only got to pick a few things that I bought. They did not finish the job either. They did not save my stuff I ask them not to take.
