Worst hospital we have ever had the displeasure of having to go to. The system here is counterproductive. The staff isn't helpful at all. Slowest ER I have ever seen. Take the ride to another hospital just to avoid this place. Absolutely terrible.
At first, I was skeptical about this emergency hospital because of the reviews, but I trusted my instincts and went in for my urgent medical needs. I’m so glad I did—I have no regrets. All the nurses were incredibly sweet kind and attentive. I’m sorry I don’t remember all of your names because I was in so much pain, but I do remember my surgeon, Dr. Fuller, and my anesthesiologist, who both took the time to explain everything thoroughly and reassure me. This is the worse hospital ever! You would die under there watch and they wouldn’t care. There’s 2 doctors there with the whole waiting room full of patients. This specific staff is very disrespectful. We were originally talking to someone at the desk and she came over with an attitude and told me i “only” waited 33 minutes. I’m suffering from an allergic reaction and i’ve never had one before. Very down to earth
Worst ER experience ever! Waited for almost 10 hours to get a CT scan of what was potentially a life threatening condition. Luckily, it turned out to be something else otherwise I could have had permanent damage. The staff was unattentive and careless. HIPPA is something this ER obviously does not follow. In an emergency, go to Elizabethtown, Burlington or Saratoga. DO NOT go to this ER if you want quality care. I, honestly, cannot believe it hasn’t been shut down.
