Very kind, straight forward staff looking out for patients.
Nobody knows what they're talking about. You'll be there for a whole day waiting for nothing and get no answers.. they're only good for sticking a iv in you taking your blood and if you blood work doesn't show anything they send you on your way. And while your waiting pushing a button for a nurse does absolutely nothing nobody will come.. not everything shows in bloodwork, this place honestly should be shut down. I've been here to many times and am disappointed every single time without fail.. DO BETTER, CARE MORE.
Every single time I've had to go here for an actual EMERGENCY no one seems to take me seriously. Everyone in this ER department just wants to get people out as fast as possible without finding the root of your issue. 1 out of the 6 times I've I've needed medical assistance at CVPH I was given a room, and that was only because I was rolled in by wheelchair. I've spent anywhere between 5 to 12 whole hours waiting, suffering, and begging for answers. About 4 Nurses and 1 singular doctor have shown that that they genuinely care ... read more
if i could give less than a stat i would, took my xray and then said they couldn’t review it because there was no radiologist in THE ER. was told they would call me in the morning with my results but never did. Fast forward i go to a different hospital and have a severe fracture. do better.
The five star rating is for the overworked staff. In March of 2024, during 3 trips there, they did their best and very likely saved my life. They did not know why this was happening, but provided appropriate treatments for a massive histamine reaction and then anaphylaxis. They did what they could with a bare bones crew. Upon discharge, E'town's Dr. Halloran then got me in with an allergist the next day. If any of you are reading this, it was /is MCAS.
