90% of the staff is rude and has horrible bedside manner. No one offered us or showed us where puke bags were even though the patient was puking the entire time. and then they snapped at her for missing the grocery bag we brought with us because god forbid someone not be able to aim perfectly when they cant see straight. Dismissed her pain and snapped at her for being too loud. They did a rectal exam and left her lying on her stomach with her pants around her knees. Very rude over the phone. All I asked was how busy the ER was and an estimate of how long a wait would be, as I would rather stay at home in bed while I’m super sick than wait a few hours in the ER, and the lady just had a very rude attitude.

Go in as a cancer patient leave with a prescription that interacts with my current meds. Nobody cares about the patient, just making sure they leave. There were a total of 3 questions asked and were rude about everything. When the doctor rolled his eyes about the issues Im having and the billing person telling me that bronchitis isnt contagious, it makes me completely positive that this place is awful and untrained in the medical field. I’ve had many bad experiences at this ED. This past October I was told I sprained my back when I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. Last week, I was told I had a UTI and that’s why my hands were swollen, I couldn’t lift my arms, and has shooting pain and number fingers. Meanwhile I waited 2 hours to be seen as I’m writhing in the waiting room, and they send back FOUR people before me.
