This hospital is very lack of empathy and no surge of urgency. My son was Bit by a dog and they wouldn’t take x-rays and no pain medication until I say something about it. The nurse was very rude and came in the room very hostile I had to tell her to turn it down. If you have an emergency, don’t come to this hospital.

Awesome experience. Went to the ER, all stuff done quickly, very professionally and everyone so nice and helpful. Really great team and stuff here. Not even comparable with Paoli ER experience, those guys are not really doing good at all.

Horrible service in ER daughter on floor in pain nobody seemed to care complained numerous times said someone will be out in 10 minutes still waiting over an hour

Sadly, one star is too generous. This is the second time we have used the ER. Most of the staff are beyond rude and have 0 bedside manor. CT scan staff were possibly the worst. When a family member asks what the status was while the patient was in the other room, there is absolutely 0 need for a snarky response and an eye roll. Also, we don't appreciate the aggressive stomp on the bed lock from CT scan staff before you rolled my family member out. Your responsibility is to take care of patients.
