I went into the er because I was fainting, had a sore throat, sinus infection, ear pain, body aches, and extremely high (103-104) fevers for the past 3 days. When I got there my fever was down to 99, that told them they didn’t have to treat me extensively even when I told them I have been having high fevers. I am extremely offended how fast they were to get me out of the room. They did normal check up procedures. Swabbed me for viruses. Gave me pills and said they’d call me for the results. I am posting this review because I took Phoenixville ER for granted. Everytime I have been there, they have been very attentive and ran all necessary tests to make sure everything was OK and they have always treated me with respect. It is hard to understand some of the negative reviews I have seen, but I understand that everyone has different experiences. Went for a possible broken finger on my son and had the best ER experience we could have had! Every single staff member went above and beyond for us and was so so friendly and great to my 7 year old
I was nervous coming here because of the reviews. I went for a suspected DVT in my leg and holy shit. They were so fast. Walked in the door at 607pm and just left at 8:39. Not a person in the waiting room when I left. Forreal the fastest experience in an ER ever. Everybody was friendly, from the ER check in lady down to the doctors. I will be back if I need to come back to an ER.
EKG girl today at 1:45pm was horrible. Gave my 77 year old mother an EKG and literally ripped them all at once off. When my mom screamed she said sorry that’s how we do things here. No compassion or care in the world.
