Awesome experience. Went to the ER, all stuff done quickly, very professionally and everyone so nice and helpful. Really great team and stuff here. Not even comparable with Paoli ER experience, those guys are not really doing good at all.
Horrible service in ER daughter on floor in pain nobody seemed to care complained numerous times said someone will be out in 10 minutes still waiting over an hour
Sadly, one star is too generous. This is the second time we have used the ER. Most of the staff are beyond rude and have 0 bedside manor. CT scan staff were possibly the worst. When a family member asks what the status was while the patient was in the other room, there is absolutely 0 need for a snarky response and an eye roll. Also, we don't appreciate the aggressive stomp on the bed lock from CT scan staff before you rolled my family member out. Your responsibility is to take care of patients. Have been here twice for different reasons and have not had any issues
It still angers me how we were treated at this facilty. We rushed my wife to this emergency room terrified because she was post-pregnancy and suffering from preeclampsia—a potentially life-threatening condition. Instead of care, we were met with shocking indifference. The staff refused to even take her vitals. Their excuse? They were overwhelmed by one accident case and apparently couldn't handle a single other patient. An emergency room that shuts down over one case.
