I was nervous coming here because of the reviews. I went for a suspected DVT in my leg and holy shit. They were so fast. Walked in the door at 607pm and just left at 8:39. Not a person in the waiting room when I left. Forreal the fastest experience in an ER ever. Everybody was friendly, from the ER check in lady down to the doctors. I will be back if I need to come back to an ER.
EKG girl today at 1:45pm was horrible. Gave my 77 year old mother an EKG and literally ripped them all at once off. When my mom screamed she said sorry that’s how we do things here. No compassion or care in the world.
In my opinion- this hospital is one of the best I been to. My personal experiences here were positive ones. I know& realize other people's experiences can vary here. And can depend on what nurses or doctors you get in the ER on that day/shift. I have some GI health issues that are ongoing which I have to deal with. Deserves not even a one star they do not care about their patients had my mother waiting for almost 3 hours with chest pains and claimed there were people in the back thinking about taking legal actions regarding seeing other reviews as well.
Wow! Just wow! I wish I would have read these reviews before taking my sick elderly friend here. He was feeling super terrible with covid symptoms that I thought he might pass out. So I drove him myself. Parked right in front of doors. NO ONE had anything to say to us for 10-15 mins. Had him/us standing there like a joke! Yes, the vitals nurse was with someone but I look over and see two intake employees just minding there own business with no one at their windows.
