It's crazy this place is an emergency room but can't do anything right ever went in there once got told I don't know what an IUD is second time called to see if they have any gastrointestinal doctors and she said I don't know how to answer that question like you guys are a hospital but have zero staff just shut the place down at this point cuz who's going to the emergency room for a scraped knee
Very poor experience. We've been waiting in the ER waiting area for about 6 hours. Our mother arrived here by ambulance with symptoms of a stroke which caused complete loss of balance, a fall, and an injury. She in unable to advocate for herself as she is in the beginning stages of dementia. We've waited by her side with ZERO communication from any staff. Next to us, is another family having also arrived by ambulance sitting in the ER waiting room freezing in wheelchairs. They've also not had any interaction with staff. All ... read more
They will shut off and take away your phone so you can't contact loved ones and let them know you're okay. Apparently your just supposed to take their word for it. Seems like a scam to milk you for your money until you give up and drive hours away for actual help.
Loooong waits. Whether it's my wife in adrenal crisis (6 hours for one simple injection) or my son (blood clot diagnosed with UT and mode of injury 5hrs). Sad that Tawas is going away (thanks, "my michigan") next up is we'll try West Branch. The have 3x better reviews!
