My 8 month old, Memphis, was brought here by ambulance due to seizures because of a high temps. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Tim was our doctor and he was one of my top 3 doctors I have ever seen. He was quick, patient, passionate, and extremely comforting. He not only made sure that my baby was okay but he made me feel comfortable and explained things to me what they were doing and why. Worst emergency room I've been to doctors are terrible
Just took my sick 4 year old here because it's close. Now I know to take the drive to a different hospital. After an hour and a half, chest X-ray, and nose swab, we got back to the EYE EXAM ROOM. mind you my son is pre-exposed my asthma, his mom and older brother have asthma. Not only did the PA, named Tom, did not want to wait for the results of his tests, he tried to let me go without actually knowing what's wrong with my son other than an ear infection. First: Everyone I actually saw was great, service was reasonably prompt, all good. Billing department is utterly incompetent though. They have continuously sent my bills to the WRONG insurance company, then bill me because that company obviously doesn't cover me. I call them to correct it, and the same thing happens the next month. I've been fighting with this for months, and at this point I don't think I'll be using services from Hendricks again due to the headache their incompetence has caused me.
