Nurses were really nice in triage. Nurse practitioner was ok. My blood pressure sky rocketed & it took someone never came to check on me. But then the girl at discharge wanted to argue about that I have a copay due when I tried to explain to her that my out of pocket has been met for the year. Told nicely that I work in insurance as well & offered to even show her the information on my phone that shows my out of pocket met, she got an attitude with me & said no that I need to call the business office because I WILL have a co... read more
Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate.
Dr. Lazeby and team were great! I arrived a little before 1am on a Friday morning, was promptly seen, had an ultrasound, got results from radiology, and was discharged in about 2 hours. Very satisfied with the care received!
This is the worst hospital just like opelika hospital I do not recommend nobody to go to these hospital
Total waiting to see a nurse practitoner was over 6 hrs. They just told me i have swelled muscle and send me to the orthopedic clinic. That s it
