I came here because I've had horrible experiences at east alabama in opelika personal experiences and experiences with family they almsot killed my mom so i refuse to go back there. I heard this one was better and faster. while the wait time was very long it wasn't as bad as east al and it was definitely better much cleaner and the nurses were all amazing and so nice. I have anxiety especially with doctors and hospitals but they definitely made me feel safe and comfortable 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend this emergenc... read more
Spent 3 hours with a sick toddler because urgent care and doctor’s offices were already closed. They had no sense of empathy or urgency. Told me that we were next then saw three more patients. When I asked again they said it was in order of severity. I guess my daughter crying and whimpering in pain wasn’t “severe” enough for them.
I arrived early for my 10:00 AM CT scan (checked in by 9:50), but the process was extremely delayed at almost every step. I wasn’t even called for my wristband until 10:15, then waited another 35 minutes before being taken back. After getting my IV, I was placed in a separate CT waiting area at 11:00 (already 1 hour after my appt time) and didn’t enter the scan room until 12:15.
