I admitted myself to the emergency department due to struggling with breathing that had been going on for over two months, but had increased to the point where I'd wake up feeling like I was choking during the night. The providers took a chest xray, performed an EKG, and ran a few blood tests. This hospital isn’t Deaf Friendly. I’ve experienced lot of discrimination from this hospital. I’m shocked that they still running the hospital :(. I don’t recommend this to anyone.
I am happy this location because how they treat me.
We were unfortunate to come to this facility due to an emergency. Please avoid at all cost. Now we understand why the parking lot was so empty.. Dr. Berger has some of the worst bedside manner I have ever seen from someone. Other staff seemed to not hate that they were at work and made our little time here better. Also for $1866 we were told to go to a Dr.. thanks Dr. Berger.
We arrived at the Emergency Department at CommonSpirit St. Francis Hospital – Interquest around 3:00 a.m. during a very snowy and icy morning. Despite the conditions, we were seen immediately, which was such a relief. Our nurse Cody was incredibly nurturing, professional, and grounding. He helped put both my son and me at ease right away.
