ED medical team saved my life, 14 hours in ED, all friendly and caring, immediate testing and treatments. Invasive medical team. We drove 5 hours to be at UW Madison after my primary hospital unfortunately failed in their care and treatments, we wanted the best as I was getting more ill. Huge shout out to every member working this ED around the clock! Constant flow of trauma, med flight, ambulance arrivals and we still felt very cared for. Top notch care! Very thankful.
To much wait time
After waiting 6 hours they finally did bloodwork. They then sent me home with antibiotics and then called to tell me to say my bloodwork just came back and I needed to stop the antibiotics immediately. All has gone downhill from there and I have been back to urgent care as new pain and new symptoms keep coming on.
Shitty 3rd world ER. Horrid wait times and even worse care. AVOID coming here at all costs
The most aweful ER experience ever! I came in at 3 pm and waited for 4 hours. I came in because i was experiencing headaches and constant tingling in hands for past three weeks. They kept forcing and repeating to get me to get blood work done and i told them multiple times I already got blood work done with my primary care. I told them i have been to urgenr care before, and seen my primary care doctor as well.
