ER Doctors and nurses were great. Registration lady not so much. After waiting 2 hours with a head-splitting headache, having to answer her passive-aggressive, condescending questions somehow made a terrible night even worse. A simple form would be much easier to answer than having to go back and forth with her.
Some painful times here.
I had the worst experience at this ER. The staff who provided “care” - were openly violating HIPAA. I filed a complaint with their patient relations. Never even received a call back. If you value your privacy and dignity, do not trust the UW Emergency room. Not all Nurses are hero’s
Went in for open heart surgery and everyone was phenomenal.. and very friendly
