6 hour wait in a small cramped room on Wednesday evening. No communication or service. Then didn’t even get to see a doctor just a nurse to hang some iv bags and make us wait another hour. They need to hire more staff and manage cue times in a better way.
I have never had to go to the ER for anything but the other night I had to go and despite the long wait I was satisfied. The doctors, medical student and nurse taking care of me were incredible, knowledgeable and kind.
9 hrs to take a blood sample for "reasons" and to tall my wife what she already knew! Only to have their incompetent neurology department basically tall her "we did nothing and are all out of ideas!" What the flip! MRI, no CT, no tests for a migrain and vision loss thats been lasting days. They just told her to go home because they think its just a migrain. Wow, did not know cosco down the road was handing out medical degrees! Avoid this ER like your life depends on it, because it does!
I transfer just for a scanning at strong emergency, but spent 10 hours totally, i was waiting 3 hours for call my name. Every step waiting time 3-4 hours, they keep the patients to get more money from insurance.
Broke a bone. Couldn't move my arm the way the xray person wanted me to. She got frustrated and tried to make it move that way anyway, like she tried to push it into place. I screamed so loud people in the hallway could hear me. Didn't even get an acknowledgement that I really wasn't kidding, let alone an apology for causing so much pain. I asked to have my partner in the room with me specifically because I was afraid of this kind of thing and already have experienced it, but I was told she couldn't be in the room with me.
