Staff were nice ,however the wait time to see an x-ray of my chest while I was in real pain was BRUTAL. 4 hours later I left. As of 5 1/2 hours later still no test result in mychart. Try Highland...
I waited five hours with a broken bone. The doctor did not believe me when I said I couldn't move the way they wanted to for the x-ray (because the bone was broken) and grabbed my arm and tried to force it into the position they wanted until I screamed in pain and they ALSO couldn't physically make my arm move the way they wanted. I put in a complaint for this incident and never heard back.
If it were a possibility to give a 0 or a - number this would be my rate. My wife had surgery last Tuesday on UR Otho. Today we noticed something was wrong with her arm in the top of the pain. When arrived they did the triage and wee like”Is not going to be too long” after 3 hours I asked and the nurse was the most rude person I ever deal in a health facility. waited in waiting room for 5 hours. ended up discharged at 10 hours. medical staff was kind, competent and gave the use care we needed. dr. Gupta did well to educate us on what was going on. nurse Umoekereka and triage staff Widdi all did their best to keep us information and showed compassion regarding the wait.
This is an emergency. The staff at the front desk are not taking this seriously. They are not helping and are just laughing. This is unacceptable.”
