Love spending 6+ hours in the Strong ER for excruciating 11/10 jaw, ear and tooth pain, I haven’t eaten more than two pudding cups in 4 days, haven’t slept more than 5 hours in 4 days and have maxed out the amount of acetaminophen and ibuprofen I can take daily just for them to send me home after prodding around in my mouth and giving me nothing for the pain. This "emergency" room is an absolute joke. You could be bleeding, passing out, losing an eye, or going into shock, and they'll just make you sit for 6 or so HOURS in the main waiting room. After that, you get the joy of moving into the "echo chamber" that they call "the tent". It's FREEZING in there, and there is absolutely NO privacy. When you ask for ANYTHING from the nurses, they look at you like they can't believe you would ask them for anything. It is just the flow of patients or not hiring enough. The staff I saw were great. The 4 hours to get info is just too long.
Been here 3 hours still haven't seen anyone, when checking with nurses at station "your time is coming up soon". Next time checking "oh, it will be less than an hour". It seems like they only call 2 names every half hour.
Long wait - 4.5 hours before seeing a doctor. That’s an improvement over last visit. Just know when going the wait time is extreme - but the medical staff is top-notch
