6 hours, 1 tylenol, no doctor, no medicine, no help at all. if you wont help me with the pain i came in with or as it worsened then why bother with the charade of pretending? should've just sent me home, i ended up having to ask for my IV to be removed and i left. now im getting the same level of care at home, so why did i bother
Nurse Esther in the ER is an angel on earth. The other providers were okay for the most part, but Esther made me feel like a human being and I’m so grateful to her.
Been here 2 hours waiting to be seen for rabies exposure. Had to park several blocks away because construction has removed the ER parking lot. So yea still waiting to be seen over rabies. Edit: There are now no available seats in the waiting room. Its now standing room only.
Shame on URMC. To make anyone wait 3-4 hours to be seen in excruciating pain or any other emergency situation is cruel and unusual punishment. Then to be finally seen and every step takes even more hours and hours of waiting is just torture. Do better.
