I can't understand why it has so many bad reviews. I've come about 6 times and this is the first time I've left my opinion, but every time I've come the service has been the best, so much so that on one occasion I didn't want to go home because I felt so comfortable. If I could give more stars I would.
I regret ever stepping foot in this ER. While the nurses did what they could, Dr. Lim was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional physicians I’ve encountered. I came in experiencing clear and serious symptoms, and as someone who works in healthcare, I communicated them clearly and directly. Instead of taking the time to listen or conduct a thorough evaluation, Dr. Lim rushed through the visit and brushed off my concerns.
