First of all they lost my husband's driver's license then being he was admitted with se vere edema they sent him.home after 8 days stating nothing can be done fir him just give him water pills toresimide a.d keep him comfortable he is on hospice care at home that hospital along with their doctors are a shameful disgrace to the elderly!
I'm not sure how people have had such bad experiences here. I've been here multiple times for different family members and have never faced anything but kindness from the staff. Delays happen but the nurses, doctors, PA's and every staff member have been very nice and tried to get us care.
TEAM work is the core of NYUWH ER.
My mom was in the ER. The staff there spent so much time gossiping. Either about patients or co-workers. If you need to vent find a place where the public is not there. I found it tacky and unprofessional. I like NYU in Manhattan on 33rd & 1st
