Minimal wait time. Employees were professional. One of the first questions that I was asked was where would I like a prescription sent to and I told them at check-in. At the end of the visit, they refused to give me a prescription for my issue. It's pretty aggravating. This is the first time I have never been giving a prescription at the emergency room for the issue I went there for. Mitch was hands down one of the best er nurses we have ever dealt with he was calm, cool, would converse, crack joke back with you and made u feel like u were taken care of in good knowledgeable hands appreciate your time and work Mitch!
Been here 3 hours, already got billed but only one sample or urine they have taken from me not a doctor have come over or a nurse.
(I waited way too long to go in - many painful hours - afraid that an ER visit was going to be terrible.) What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff dove right in to attending to me and my excruciating pain. The receptionists, the intake nurse, the doctor, the nurse who took care of me all night (especially her - what an angel), and the staff of the various clinics (CT, ultrasound, etc.). So my wife got injured on a Rollercoaster on the Wildwood boardwalk and was in severe pain (rib pain as she slammed into the side of the cart on the first turn). Being we dont live here we wanted to find the closest Emergency room. Quite a few reviews really left us feeling uncertain about going here........BUT......
