Get directionsMy son broke his wrist. It was probably a slow day but the entire process was smooth sailing and everyone was terrific with him. Absolutely amazing staff! Took my 4 yr old in for an emergency and every staff member we dealt with was nothing short of spectacular! Super attentive, respectful, and caring.
Waited 1 hour. Finally get a room. Waited another hour. I had to ask the lady at the computer to check. She went to check and sits back down at her desk to talk. I went to a big nursing school. You do all that schooling just to be terrible at your jobs. I left and went to urgent care instead. Never once was looked at.
The Emergency room is still in need of UNDERSTANDING...I waited 2 1/2 hours then put in a hallway and didn't feel like I was being treated with respect.. But for technicians and some nurses!!! Others are on an AUTHORITY TRIP.... with no concerns on the overall Patients. But more about being over worked.. Not considering the patients don't feel good...
