Absolutely amazing staff! Took my 4 yr old in for an emergency and every staff member we dealt with was nothing short of spectacular! Super attentive, respectful, and caring.

Waited 1 hour. Finally get a room. Waited another hour. I had to ask the lady at the computer to check. She went to check and sits back down at her desk to talk. I went to a big nursing school. You do all that schooling just to be terrible at your jobs. I left and went to urgent care instead. Never once was looked at.

The Emergency room is still in need of UNDERSTANDING...I waited 2 1/2 hours then put in a hallway and didn't feel like I was being treated with respect.. But for technicians and some nurses!!! Others are on an AUTHORITY TRIP.... with no concerns on the overall Patients. But more about being over worked.. Not considering the patients don't feel good...

Minimal wait time. Employees were professional. One of the first questions that I was asked was where would I like a prescription sent to and I told them at check-in. At the end of the visit, they refused to give me a prescription for my issue. It's pretty aggravating. This is the first time I have never been giving a prescription at the emergency room for the issue I went there for. I've usually gotten some kind of bridge prescription to hold me over until I can get an appointment with my primary. But for some reason they w... read more

Mitch was hands down one of the best er nurses we have ever dealt with he was calm, cool, would converse, crack joke back with you and made u feel like u were taken care of in good knowledgeable hands appreciate your time and work Mitch!
