The staff was kind, responsive, ensured my questions were answered all while being professional and thorough. This is the best care one could ask for.
Hands down the best ER experience I've ever had. Everyone was kind and compassionate. They took me seriously, and I got all the care that was needed. I don't even have a bruise from the IV! I'm sure they can't promise that every time, and the tests sometimes take a while to come back, but that's just the nature of the ER, and they were being very thorough. Thank you to the healthcare workers there!
I’ve had to bring my mom here a half dozen times over the last year. The screening process (because of Covid) is quick as well as check in. We have never experienced a wait time here, which is definitely a plus considering wait times at most emergency rooms I’ve had to visit. Due to Covid, there aren’t any visitors allowed and people can’t go back with the person they’ve brought to the emergency room.
