Girlfriend was involved in a car accident that involved her car flying into the air for several seconds. Complains of debilitating back pain that escalates to include severe head pain while we are waiting to be seen. Why does this take 5 hours? Why is this so understaffed here? I understand people want pain meds for addiction problems but a car accident responded to by EMS is getting treated like an addict case?
Woman at front desk was hateful and VERY RUDE.
I waited 8hour to be seen.
