At 4:30 AM, we entered the ER and every single person was pleasant and helpful - the front desk, the ER nurses, the ER doctors and the X-ray teams. Although I was having a wild ride that they suspected was vertigo, since I have a history of heart issues, and I was still not able to walk, they decided to admit me to be sure there was no stroke. My mother is in the hospital after numerous visits to the emergency room over the past four weeks. As my previous review stated, this hospital is not cleaned well. I will update when she is released.
No food or drink for my elderly mother during an 8 hr. Vist to the E.R. No help with pain. The staff kept saying they'd be right back but never did. We had to go to desk to get answers.
Went to the ER. They took me into a secondary waiting room, scanned my bracelet then informed me they were unable to help me with my back pain, then Charged me for shots that I did not receive. Reported the issue. Either an employee stole the medication or it was given to the wrong person. I have also now witnessed a woman that was beat up by hospital staff. She is covered in bruises because she changed her mind and refused services. They would not let her leave, she got mad so they forcibly restrained her which was totally ... read more
