Our triage nurse (Nate) and our PA (Tim) were both so nice and helpful. Tim does a fantastic job with stitches! Hope we never have to come back. However, if we do have another emergency in Boone, we hope we get the same team.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience delivering my first baby at this medical center! From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, supported, and in good hands. The staff was absolutely amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about the care we received. My first day and night was great. Great doctors and nurses. Now let go on to the second day..... every body but the social worker the app collage student and female Dr's assistant was very rud uncaring. The main dr told me to sell my cars and use public transportation and to stop putting my teeth before my kids. Sorry sir ill die for them!!!!!! Once again this freaking hospital my granddaughter sitting here in waiting room with 103 temperature and the triage nurse knows no Tylenol given nothing absolutely ridiculous in this hospital you are a number not a patient UNC healthcare is a lot to be desired and why is it every response from the facility is the same? This place is something else
I never leave reviews, good or bad. BUT when it takes over an hour to get a pizza (that was delivered on time) from the front desk/lobby up 3 floors to a patient that hasn’t eaten dinner or been served dinner, it’s utterly ridiculous. I could have driven the 45 minutes and delivered the pizza to her (family member) faster my self. Not including the run around I received from the front desk, the nurses station never answered my calls and got rerouted to the front desk for the lady to proceed to not give a damn and just make e... read more
