AVOID IF POSSIBLE. January 2023 I arrived at VHC’s ER with a broken arm (spiral fracture). While the ER was not busy it took hours to see anyone, which wasn’t the biggest issue considering the injury and it was late at night. The real concerns began once I was seen. A disaster of a place. Poor customer service. Uncaring staff. My 93 year old mother waited 7 hours to be seen by a doctor. No compassion and poor communication.
07/23/25 At 3:35 AM, I arrived at the emergency department of Arlington Hospital. Upon check-in, I underwent initial procedures including an EKG and bloodwork, and was then brought to a room to wait for a doctor’s evaluation. However, by 7:30 AM—over four hours later—no doctor had seen me. Despite multiple inquiries, I was repeatedly told, “We don’t know. Terrible
I was hospitalized for two days and one night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The care I received was far from what a patient should expect. I had a constant headache and repeatedly informed one of the nurses, Stacey working at night , but she completely ignored my requests for help. Not only was she unresponsive, but also extremely rude and dismissive, making me feel worse when I was already unwell.
