Went to see these guys last year for a repair. Was told I had to wait for the repair because I wasn't repairing my car it was "for my health" and couldn't allow anyone else to drop off or pick up my denture. I thought it was odd but complied. But instead of "waiting" for my repair, I was pulled into a room with the clinician where I spent an hour and a half being pitched on a surgery I had no interest in, and didn't need.
