Absolutely ridiculous. I had a dental emergency called at 7:05 pm and was told they could see me if I arrived before 7:30 pm. Being 20 mins away I left right as they told me this. I arrived at 7:25 pm to an office with no lights on and a locked door. I called the number and it went to voicemail and I left one. Someone called me back about 10 minutes later telling me that the doctor had left early and nothing could be done. This is ridiculous and I would have been in a better spot if they would have just been honest with me.
