I called this morning for an emergency, I had horrible pain. They got me in at 1pm, Turns out I had a dead nerve in my tooth. She got me frozen, x rays done and then a root canal done by 2:45 I was out and pain free. These are extremely patient people , kind , welcoming and have wonderful bed side manner. Always assuring I was okay and comfortable. I highly recommend this office for any emergency care for weekends when most offices aren’t open. I felt they were reasonably priced as well
There’s nothing like 24 hours open they don’t even pick up the call and doesn’t even care if the person is dying due to some pain or not get the thing straight and put some timelines if you can’t provide a 24 hours service
Excellent customer service and everyone are so friendly, dentists are very professional and kind.so is everyone :)
Update: Had left a one star review due to them being unavailable but one of the dentists on staff ended up calling me back and made sure to let me know they would be available if needed which I appreciated.
.Dr. Vishal and Dr.Pratibha are the most wonderful dentists I’ve met. I was there due to a really bad toothache, they accommodated me and they provided EMERGENCY Root Canal TREATMENT and I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure. Their assistants are helpful and knowledgeable, they made me so feel so special during my visit. Receptionists are accommodating and friendly too. I will highly recommend this wonderful office.
