Very convenient and easy to get in. My filling fell out and I had immense pain. Was a Saturday afternoon and my regular dentist's office was not open. A friend who goes there referred me. They took me in the same day and cleaned and filled the tooth. I’m going to go to them from now on. Not only are their hours better than my regular dentist's but I also liked the extremely friendly atmosphere and staff.
The location is easy to get to and parking is ample. The office is clean and comfortable. Crown fell out and I was able to get an appointment to be seen fairly quickly. They took care of the issue and I was in and out without too much of a wait. Nice people too.
Great service. Professional staff. Have no insurance and it wasn’t a problem. Reasonable and I had a good experience.
My little girl had a toothache that seemed to get worse. Called the Emergency Dentist of Van Nuys and they were very nice over the phone. They told me to come right in. We went in and the employees were so sweet. They talked to my daughter and helped to calm her down since she was so nervous. She did have a big cavity and they were able to give her sedation and do the filling right away. Afterward, she got toys and it was good to see a smile on her face again. Thank you Dentalville.
Broke a tooth & gave this place a call. The woman who answered the phone asked me if I had insurance. I said yes and gave her my insurance information. She placed me on hold for a few minutes and when she returned, she said they dont cover dental plans. An emergency dentist that doesn't accept dental insurance? When I asked for clarification, I was put & left on hold. Waited another 10 minutes. Called back. No answer. Called again. Same woman answers and said she was waiting for someone to pick up the line.
