I had a really great experience. Karen, my dental hygienist (I hope this is the correct title) was friendly, thorough, and gentle. I have had some pretty painful cleanings in the past, and this was not at all. Dr. was also wonderful, as was the reception staff. I felt very welcome, the wait was minimal, and everyone was very careful and conscientious regarding COVID safety. Oddly looking forward to my next visit
Just like most of the "emergency dentists" listed, the number is forwarded to Aspen Dental, who doesn't actually have 24/7 service, but if you press the buttons correctly, you can get their after hours first time patient scheduler, who can check all locations for the earliest available appointment time.... but only if you've never been a patient at Aspen.
Called in from Huntsville AL at 1130am. They told me they could work me in today at 10am. I explained it was after 10am already and they argued that I couldnt tell time. Come to find out....they were in Las Vegas NV. When I asked for AL I was told they had no way to help and disconnected. Called back 6 times and calls no longer go through.
