After getting an emergency service with a temporary crown and paying half up front ($1,000) over a month ago this company can't be bothered to give my insurance company the necessary information to process the claim as to whether the next $1,100 will be covered or not. They don't respond to paperwork or customer calls. They don't care
I had a 10am appointment scheduled for yesterday morning. I arrived at 9:50, all of my patient paperwork was already completed online prior. When I checked in, one of the two receptionists said, “The doc had to step out, so there may be a wait, you’re welcome to hang out here, or you can come back”. Very accomodating staff!
Had two wisdom teeth coming in at the same time. It hurt to chew and made it hard to eat. And they were crushing my gums. But I got them taken out at a good price without having insurance, and then someone named Robin helped us at the front desk, she was very helpful and attentive. She made my friend a coffee and gave him an extra donut to snack on. Mind you no one brews morning coffee. So it was a fresh batch. 5/5 Staff, Care, and Affordability.
I recommend this dentistry highly. Very professional & so nice. From the front desk & dentist assistant & Dr Allyson Orwig completed my work today. I can smile again with confidence. Thank you all so much. My goodness they look & feel so real, I can't quit smiling Have a wonderful day!
