I have terrible anxiety, and have always been scared of going to the dentist. Made an appointment here when I had severe tooth pain and they were the nicest and most patient in taking care of it. They walked me through every step of what they were doing as they did it, took breaks when I got too anxious, and reassured me constantly that I was doing great and keeping me informed of what their next steps were. After getting an emergency service with a temporary crown and paying half up front ($1,000) over a month ago this company can't be bothered to give my insurance company the necessary information to process the claim as to whether the next $1,100 will be covered or not. They don't respond to paperwork or customer calls. They don't care
I had a 10am appointment scheduled for yesterday morning. I arrived at 9:50, all of my patient paperwork was already completed online prior. When I checked in, one of the two receptionists said, “The doc had to step out, so there may be a wait, you’re welcome to hang out here, or you can come back”. Very accomodating staff!
Had two wisdom teeth coming in at the same time. It hurt to chew and made it hard to eat. And they were crushing my gums. But I got them taken out at a good price without having insurance, and then someone named Robin helped us at the front desk, she was very helpful and attentive. She made my friend a coffee and gave him an extra donut to snack on. Mind you no one brews morning coffee. So it was a fresh batch. 5/5 Staff, Care, and Affordability.
