Quite impossible to get ahold of. Emergency services should not be this difficult to be able to talk to someone. Got connected with a person, transferred me to insurance, got disconnected. Can’t even call back anymore bc i get the same question asking about zip code and which services I need. Thought it was on my end, but after trying multiple times, it’s gotta be incompetency If you advertise emergency dental services, the least a patient can expect is to talk to someone. Not give them the run around
