They do NOT actually provide 24 hour emergency dental appointments. We tried to see a dentist urgently at 8pm on a Thursday, and when they finally answered the phone they noted my wife would need to schedule an appointment on a future date, saying their term "emergency" only referred to phone support (which seems useless for anyone after a dental accident or otherwise needing urgent care).
Useless, and probably a scam. They will automatically tell you that there are no dentists in your area, then connect you to a "telehealth" dentist so they can prescribe you with pain relievers or antibiotics, but you may as well just go to the ER or urgent care instead. They charge you $50 to talk to a "dentist" even with insurance, and it sounds like the person who collects your money over the phone is not within the country. Horrible scheme. Its literally listed as 24/7 dental care in honolulu, if you call them they transfer you and say “we have no dentists in your area, goodbye” and it hangs up on you.
