Rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of my husband who was experiencing severe mouth pain due to a tooth implant and the man who answered the phone was absolutely rude. He started talking over me and when I asked him to repeat himself his response was "you can't hear me because you have kids yelling in the background" which they weren't. After seeing the rest of the reviews here it all makes sense, thank goodness I didn't send my husband there, who knows what he would've encountered.
I went there on this past Monday. I was seen the Friday before due to a dental tooth infection and my entire face was swollen due to the infection. I thought I had dental coverage but I didn't. I was told that I would be seen as a free consultation. They were rude taking x-rays and taking pictures of me like mugshots.
