Update: One of my teeth was very hard to remove during extraction and very painful . Instead of offering sedation or other options the first dentist just left the whole bottom part and the root there so I went back to have the rest removed by a different dentist. It took almost an hour to remove the rest with not enough novocain let me tell you I was sobbing in that chair holding very still thru the worst pain, dental tool slippage Gashing my tongue , drills and tugging .
