U make an appointment and just leave u in dentist chair for 45 minutes before someone comes in just to ask you couple questions. While the assistants just walk around in hall way doing nothing. Don't even come in and say sorry I can't help but someone will be coming shortly. Pay extra for things you don't need or want. The dentist was nice other than that it was not worth going should of waited to go to a dentist place that cares and deserve the money.

I was told a technician would look to see about a repair on my lower plate but when I got there no technician was there. One of dentist assistants made some phone calls & said it could be fixed in a couple of hours & gave me a price. I told her I would stop back the next morning & pick it up & then I left. Ten minutes later I get a call from the receptionist (who has no training in customer service) who said they would not start repairs until I paid for everything up front (they don’t trust their customers).
