The staff was super friendly. They explained everything clearly about the procedure and the costs. I had several options cost-wise to pick from since I don't have an insurance they take. The woman who cleaned out my tooth and put in a temporary filling was amazing and very attentive. The whole process was mostly pain free (can't stop numbing shots from hurting a little!) And I loved that they worked with me and my horrid gag reflex. I would definitely consider going here again for root canals.

I had a chipped tooth that needed to be fixed. I called Emergency Dental of VA Beach inquiring about it and they were able to get me an appointment the next day, which I was so thankful for. When I spoke to the woman on the phone, I specifically asked if they took the type of insurance I have and she said yes. If they didn't, I would have never scheduled with them because I'm not going to pay out of pocket when I know my dentist takes my insurance and the cost would be covered.
