So far so good just got x-rays done for today but everyone seems super nice and appear very professional so I think they are gonna do a good job on my teeth. I'll update this after the extractions.
Made an appt for 2:00. Still in the waiting room at 5:00. Three hours! Why even have an appt? When I finally got taken back, they took 18 x-rays off all my teeth. Only one was hurting. I had been to my family dentist earlier in the week and I needed a root canal. Said that on the paperwork, said that to the lady asking me questions back in the room. Highly recommend this place! Maude was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. She took my X-rays and explained everything, which really helped ease my nerves. Brooke helped me find a plan that worked best for me, and Dr. Marshall and the rest of the team were great! I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and everyone made sure I felt comfortable and knew what to expect throughout the process. Thank you all for being so kind and taking such great care of me!
The staff are friendly and professional. The office and patient rooms were clean and comfortable. You need to expect a wait but it is an emergency dentist with walk in appointments. I plan on returning and that's saying allot as I'm not a fan of going to any dentist.
