     a day ago New I drove 45 minutes up here, I was told by Diane they would verify my dental insurance at 1045 this morning. Get up here and this dark skinned woman was such an arrogant asshole, disrepectful and a horrible customer advocate .advised that what I was told was not exactly true, they do not do 3rd party billing and I'd be responsible. I made my first appointment here because I broke a crown/tooth on a Sunday and very few places were open. I was told they were in network with insurance (just to be told later that they are not in network with any insurance, although they accept all insurance). I was also told the cost of my first appointment would be $195 regardless of whether I had insurance.
